Why should I choose a Larach building?
Larach Buildings offer a cost effective, flexible, low maintenance structure that can fit almost any situation.
Who will erect my building?
On smaller buildings some of our customers choose to erect their own, as our building has been pre-engineered ahead of time this allows for easy installation. However with the larger buildings or ones you do not wish to attempt on your own, we will be happy to erect it for you.
Can you deliver anywhere?
We deliver everywhere in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
How long does it take to get a building delivered?
We endeavour to manufacture and supply a building in as little as 4-6 weeks depending on the size and complexity. However, in order to meet deadlines and customers needs this can be negotiated.
Can you insulate a steel building?
Yes, there are various methods available.
What will prevent condensation in my building?
All buildings produce some condensation, to eliminate condensation on the roof we include a non drip roof sheeting as standard.
What are the foundation requirements?
We will specify the size of the foundation required. The foundation should be a minimum of 4 inches thick (6 inches if you are intending large vehicles to be parked in it). As for knowing how much concrete to order, you can generally tell the concrete company the specifications of your base and they will calculate how much you require.
Do Larach Buildings require planning permission?
Some of our smaller buildings do not require planning permission, however some of our larger buildings may. Please speak to the relevant authorities to determine what is required in your area.
Can I choose the colour of the building?
Yes. We have numerous colours to choose from, and you may select the walls, roof, doors and trim colour at no additional cost.
Can I partition a Larach Building?
Customising the interior of your Larach Building is possible. Let us know your requirements and we will be happy to advise you.
Are Larach Buildings manufactured to Building Control Standards?
Our buildings can be manufactured to Building Control Standards; however our standard building in some cases may not. If a Building Control Certificate is required we must be informed prior to manufacturing.
